Join Our Candle Making Workshop
Discover the art of candle making with The Salcombe Candle Company in our unique and hands-on workshop. Perfect for individuals or groups of up to 8, this 2-hour experience includes a guided candle pouring session, refreshments, and canapés.
As a family-run business, we love sharing our story and process with you. During the workshop, you'll create two of your own 6oz single wick candles, choosing from a selection of exclusive fragrances not available in-store.
How It Works:
- You can book as a single participant or as part of a group.
- Workshops require a minimum of 4 people to go ahead. If fewer than 4 participants are booked, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a refund.
- Each workshop accommodates up to 8 people, made up of multiple bookings.

Important Information:
Every candle poured requires 48 hours to cure, so you won’t take yours home on the day. You can either collect your candles in-store after 48 hours or have them delivered free of charge to the address provided on your booking form. I had such a lovely time making candles with Matt and Emma. They were passionate about what they do and keen to share their knowledge. They are also just really lovely people.

I have just recently attended a candle making workshop which was a fabulous experience. Emm and Matt were such great hosts they were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, they made it fun and certainly made us feel very relaxed and welcome. Their products are of excellent quality and smell lovely. This experience was a gift for my birthday and it was a great way to celebrate it! I thoroughly recommend trying it!

We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and it was a great way to spend some time, learning about scent combinations. There was a break for some high quality drinks & nibbles, which were well received in the heat.
We came away with lots of knowledge & 2 x personalised candles. Highly recommended!

So impressed. I bought a triple wick candle for a gift. It was around £40 but when it arrived it felt like i got a bargain. It's huge and looks so well presented with a lovely gift box and looks like it cost way more. I wanted to keep it and was so excited to give it as a gift. Infact. i was so blown away i rang them up just to tell them how much i loved it! These guys are now my go to for gifts.
